Mr. Spaloghe Matache is Executive Director at ARKA Smart Parcel Lockers, bringing over two decades of experience in operations management.

With a strong background in automotive, he has held senior roles in operational excellence, continuous improvement, project management, and logistics planning. Throughout his career, he has led complex improvement initiatives focused on lean manufacturing, process optimization, waste reduction, and production efficiency, working with international standards and high-volume production environments.

He holds an MBA in Business Management and a degree in Finance and Accounting from Transilvania University of Brașov.

At ARKA, Mr. Spaloghe plays a key role supporting the company’s long-term strategy through structured execution, cross-functional leadership, and continuous improvement across the organization.
