Biography
Mr. Șerban Mihai Sorin is an experienced production and painting professional with over 12 years of experience in industrial coating technologies, manufacturing operations, and team leadership within complex production environments.
He held senior production and painting management roles in international manufacturing organizations, where he led the setup and commissioning of new painting and e-coat (KTL) lines, collaborated closely with equipment and chemical suppliers, and managed multidisciplinary teams across multiple countries. His experience includes process validation, SOP preparation, quality control, preventive maintenance planning, and continuous improvement initiatives based on Lean, Kaizen, and 5S principles.
Mr. Șerban holds an Engineering degree in Chemistry and Environmental Engineering from Transilvania University of Brașov and has completed specialized training in e-coat, phosphating, nanoceramic treatments, and powder coating technologies.
He is recognized for his structured leadership style, technical expertise, and ability to drive stable, high-quality production processes in demanding industrial environments.
