Mr. Preda Alexandru

Mr. Preda Alexandru is a Project Manager with extensive experience in managing serial and new projects across industrial, logistics, and automotive environments, with a strong focus on planning, execution, and customer satisfaction.

He holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Management from Transilvania University of Brașov. 

Previously, Mr. Preda held Project Management roles in international automotive companies, where he gained solid experience in change management, serial production projects, and cross-functional coordination. His background includes responsibility for cost estimation, progress tracking, risk assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with customers and internal teams in fast-paced, high-standard environments.

He is currently part of ARKA, where he coordinates projects end-to-end, overseeing activity and resource planning, team organization, scheduling, and direct customer interaction. His role involves managing project timelines, budgets, risks, and documentation, while ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders and consistent deliveries.

He is recognized for his structured mindset, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage complex projects while maintaining clear priorities, accountability, and customer focus.
