Mr. Clonț Horațiu

Mr. Clonț Horațiu is a Project Manager with a strong background in industrial manufacturing and process engineering, experienced in coordinating technical projects and cross-functional teams in complex production environments.

He has managed projects across the full lifecycle, from defining scope and timelines to coordinating stakeholders, monitoring progress, and ensuring delivery in line with quality, cost, and schedule objectives. His work involves close collaboration with clients, internal teams, and management, as well as structured change management and project documentation.

Prior to his project management roles, Mr. Clonț held engineering and industrialization positions, where he focused on production processes, process validation, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

He holds a Master’s degree in Management of Industrial Businesses and a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Engineering, complemented by certifications in IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001, and Lean Six Sigma.
