We are pleased to announce our collaboration with parcel24box, a company dedicated to making deliveries simpler through intelligent locker technology, not only for end users, but also for couriers.
parcel24box offers parcel locker solutions that enable secure, automated parcel collection and drop-off, available 24/7. Their systems are designed for residential developments, businesses, municipalities, public institutions and commercial spaces, helping organizations offer convenient self-service without requiring on-site staff.
By focusing on accessibility, flexibility and digitalization, parcel24box is contributing to the growing transformation of how parcels are exchanged in modern communities.
For ARKA, this partnership represents another important step in supporting the development of open parcel locker networks across Europe. The collaboration reinforces our belief that shared locker infrastructure is one of the most promising directions for the future of last-mile delivery.
Open networks allow multiple courier operators to use the same infrastructure instead of installing separate locker networks. This approach helps optimize valuable urban space, improves accessibility for consumers, reduces operational costs and creates a more sustainable delivery ecosystem. As parcel volumes continue to grow, collaboration between operators will become increasingly important, making open networks a natural evolution for the industry.
For the parcel24box network, the selected solution is Reach Locker. Designed to combine parcel delivery with digital communication, it transforms every locker location into both a logistics hub and a communication platform.
While customers benefit from a modern self-service experience, operators can make better use of existing locker locations by combining parcel delivery with digital communication, local campaigns and public information.
Reach Locker features a 12-inch operational touchscreen, a 55-inch digital display, QR scanner, POS terminal, 4G connectivity, remote management, CCTV and integrated alarm systems. Its modular design allows networks to expand according to local demand.
The concept has already proven its market potential. In October 2025, German operator parcel24box selected Reach Locker for the expansion of its network, placing an order for 300 locker units.
As demand for smart, connected and shared infrastructure continues to increase, partnerships like the one between ARKA and parcel24box help accelerate the adoption of solutions that are not only efficient for operators, but also more convenient for citizens and more sustainable for cities.
We are proud to support Parcel24Box in developing a modern open parcel locker network and look forward to seeing this collaboration continue to grow.
