We are delighted to also have our CEO from ARKA on stage where he will deliver a presentation on the following topic:

- Introduction to the concept of a parcel locker network

- Key characteristics and distinguishing factors to consider when establishing a robust locker network
National postal operators possess an extensive network necessary for delivering a diverse range of services to people, regardless of their location. This process has granted postal services a valuable asset: the trust of their customers. Through the Universal Postal Union (UPU) and its 192 member countries, postal operators have access to knowledge, services, and solutions that enable them to operate within a unified global postal network. While maintaining their traditional role as universal service providers, postal operators are enthusiastically embracing the need to envision the future and rapidly expanding their prospects through innovation. Many have devised forward-thinking strategies to elevate their services to new heights. Simultaneously, private sector entities are also forging ahead, proposing distinctive and adaptable solutions. These companies often possess groundbreaking technologies that have the potential to revolutionize the postal industry and are actively seeking trusted partners to expand their reach.
By collaborating, national postal operators and private sector entities can create value for their customers and develop cutting-edge services that meet and anticipate their evolving needs. Integration and interconnection between national postal operators and the wider postal sector have become crucial for the success of the postal ecosystem.
In this extended edition of the UPU World Leaders Forum, CEOs from national postal operators and the broader postal sector will convene to define and align their shared business objectives across four dimensions: logistics and cross-border e-commerce, diversification strategies, trust and security, and sustainability. Experts will gather to explore ways to replicate these successful models and advance interconnection between developing and developed national postal operators as well as private sector players, leveraging the global ecosystem facilitated by the Universal Postal Union.
